The following housing complex consists of 3 villas, each with their own private pool. The project is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the spring of 2011. The site is situated approximately 250 meters above the sea level with a southwest orientation overlooking the sandy beaches of Skiathos. The distance to the city of Skiathos, the harbour and the airport is close to 10 km, easily accessed by car. Each house is totally independent with its own electrical and water supply, parking place and exclusive use of relatively 1300 sqm of the site. Every house is comprised of two buildings connected with a pergola forming an inner courtyard. The living area is separated from the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom situated in different buildings.
