Area: 575 m²
Located in Kantza in Attica, the building is in a purely residential area. The building program requires three independent houses. The great height and the requested square meters led to the design of a single building split into individual volumes where each property has its own distinct boundaries. The residences have their own entrances from the street. They also have a garden with a paved terrace. They grow in four levels including the basement. The roof of the building is accessible for both residences and consists of a planted portion, the inclined portion of the roof and paved surfaces. In the owner's house the metal ladder connects the four levels of the house. The staircase functions as an internal patio with α sliding glass roof allowing the air circulation inside the house from the ground floor to the second floor. The background of the scale painted with blackboard paint, is used by the children of the family as a painting surface. Moreover, an office that contacts the main bedroom is required. A two-storey open space is created which is placed at the top level, with access to the roof.
